Minimum of five hours drawing per week.
Photoshop: No layers, no pen tool, no blending modes or filters until I can learn to live without them.
Minimum of six completed illustration projects per year (I'm talking about 20+hour thoroughly-researched ambitious fit-to-print illustrations here)
At least one complete drawing (penciled+inked+colored+bkg) per week.
More time spent on 3D applications (ZBrush, Lighwave, Blender, SketchUp, Bryce, etc)
Read one art theory or instructional book per month
More time spent on sculpture
And that's just to start. I'll let you know how it goes after about a month or two.
On a similar note, I've kind of grown tired of the subject matter of my works. Since about high school my oeuvre has consisted almost entirely of
Vampires
Burlesque girls
Girls with guns
Anime girls
Vampire burlesque anime girls with guns
Brutally overmuscled ugly men punching each other
Brutally overmuscled ugly men with guns shooting at space aliens
Velociraptors with moustaches
Cute fuzzy animals muttering obscenities
Gross things with tentacles
Which is you know quaint I guess and it still holds a certain naive appeal to me but it doesn't feel terribly resonant on any real emotional level. I feel as though I've 'outgrown' nearly everything I enjoy drawing but I haven't filled the void with other subjects.
So I'm going to have to work on that as well. And finally, being that deviantart in particular and the rest of the internet at large has absolutely no regard for copyright, I've been thinking of only posting works on my dA page with a Creative Commons attribution. So that way once I discover some teenager has effectively duplicated my entire gallery after applying a "flip horizontal + shift hue + recrop + LENS FLAAAAAAAARE" Photoshop action (not to mention cloning out my signature and replacing it with their own) and redistributed it without the Creative Commons license at least I'll have been mentally prepared for it.
