Well, that was fun! I made this last night as preparation for the art battle. Two weeks to go! I might make another tonight, assuming I have time.
Sculpted on the fly with no preparation or sketching, just freestyle. Materials: Paper clay (wire/aluminium foil armature), acrylic paint, hot glue Background by wet-ground-stock: [link] [link] Actual size: roughly 7" long. The background isn't really part of the piece, but I felt compelled to give the poor thing a good home. Plus, compositing is fun.
